Ted Leo has been in the game for awhile, but I have not been up on his post-punk madness. He throws in a little bit of every genre that includes a guitar, but on his 6th album he drives towards a mature, major-melody alternative rock. The result? A blunt and direct sound that isn’t changing lives, but catchy enough to be one of my most listened to songs of the month.
