Foster the People dropped their first full length this week, and so far it’s shaped up to be one of the most complete hits of the summer. The band is out of Los Angeles and has a clear surf-electronica leaning – their EP scored the hit Pumped Up Kicks, and shows Foster the People is a versatile and fun group.
